Editor's note:  T/O on vector 27 at Stratford Airfield is 900m in length and  has an upward slope of 23m.

This vector was used on Sunday March 27th and the two files above show two single-seat glider launches at 1353hrs & 1403hrs.

A light quartering SE breeze of five to eight knots.  Moderate thermal activity at the time of launching.

Four previous launches of a Twin Astir two up, averaged 214 ft per min. Twp tows to 2500ft averaged 11m. (This data from the time-sheet, not a logger.)
